I had emailed the customer service email shortly after receiving my package but they never replied but the item I bought and the item I received was different. I had hoped I would be able to send the hoodie I received back to get the one I wanted but I've been ignored so far.
The item itself is very warm on the inside but also I got a size up to my normal size in hopes of having an oversized warm hoodie and it is just long and not any wider. In fact it is tight around my middle and that is extremely disappointing since I had been excited to have a comfortable experience.
